My fitness journey began right here in 2009, working the front desk when this location was World Gym. In 2022, I became the proud owner, dedicated to fostering a welcoming community and delivering a personalized fitness experience that inspires our members daily.

Background:
Over a decade of hands-on experience from the front desk to ownership shaped my vision of building a gym community rooted in support, inspiration, and personal growth.

A lifelong Clifton local, I’m passionate about hiking, lifting, and gaming. I share my love for fitness—and Mustangs—with my family and my three dogs: Bella, Moosey, and Franke.

Background:
I started out as a regular at the gym before joining the team. Whether it’s powerlifting or powerbuilding, this place has always felt like home.

Adopted at 2, I started tagging along with Lily to avoid staying home alone. I don’t lift (tiny legs!), but I’ll cheer you on—especially if there’s a treat involved.

Born and raised in Fairfax, I’ve always had a love for sports and fitness. I played football, track, and lacrosse throughout high school and now continue my athletic journey as a college football player studying health and physical education. When I’m not training or working, I’m lifting, gaming, or catching a football game.

My passion for weightlifting started at home, training with a basic set of weights to improve my athletic performance. Over time, it evolved into a commitment to building strength and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

My relationship with eXurb began as a member working out with my parents, then with a trainer, and eventually becoming part of the team. This was my first job and it’s been incredibly rewarding to work at a place I’ve known and loved for years.

Fitness and teaching are at the heart of everything I do. With a background in education and group fitness, I bring a motivating, structured approach to every class. I love connecting with members and helping them discover what they’re capable of.

My Classes:
You’ll find me subbing for Strength Development classes and occasionally teaching on weekends. My sessions focus on proper form, full-body engagement, and creating an empowering space for all fitness levels.

Experience:
I’ve trained in bootcamp and spin formats, and specialize in teaching strength fundamentals through Strength Development. I’m especially passionate about helping others build both physical and mental toughness through movement.

About Me:
With a professional background in dance and acting, I bring rhythm, energy, and fun to every class I teach. As eXurb’s first Zumba instructor, I’m known for creating an uplifting, high-energy environment that keeps members coming back for more.

My Classes:
Get ready to burn up to 500 calories while moving to Latin, hip-hop, and international beats. My classes are beginner-friendly and all about joy, movement, and sweat—just bring a smile and let’s dance it out.

Experience:
Trained in ballet, jazz, modern, and Latin styles, I’ve performed professionally throughout the DMV area and have been a certified Zumba instructor for over a decade. My classes are the perfect blend of fitness and fun.

Originally from Park City, Utah, I came to Virginia to play volleyball at George Mason University. I’m passionate about making fitness fun, safe, and approachable—whether you’re brand new or a seasoned lifter.

I lead Strength Development every Monday and Thursday at 9 AM. My classes are a great mix of challenge and encouragement, focused on building strength with proper form, energy, and a little fun along the way.

Background:
My journey began with team sports and evolved into a love for weightlifting and functional fitness. Over the years, I’ve trained for 5Ks, completed 75 Hard, and worked with expert coaches to deepen my knowledge and help others thrive in the gym.
